From August 1, the NSW Government has temporarily eliminated stamp duty on all new off-the-plan homes priced below $800,000.

These changes will see first home-buyers save up to $31,335 on a new $800,000 off-plan property, but more importantly, the scheme builds on the $10,000 first-home-owner grant as well as the recently announced HomeBuilder Scheme.

Take advantage of this incredible Government support before it expires on December 31.

If you have been thinking about purchasing an off-the-plan apartment in 2020, there’s never been a better time to buy. The Federal Government’s HomeBuilder scheme of $25,000 can help make your new home dreams come true sooner.
